Terms of Service

HP2 Integrative Performance Dashboard
Effective date: November 1, 2026  ·  Last updated: October 26, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the HP2 Integrative Performance Dashboard (the “Dashboard”), operated by GETFIT LLC (“HP2,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account, connecting a device, or using the Dashboard, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Dashboard.

1. What the Dashboard Is

The Dashboard is a web-based coaching and self-tracking tool that helps you and your assigned coach plan training, log workouts, track recovery and nutrition trends, and view connected health data. It is provided in connection with health, fitness, nutrition, and performance coaching services.

2. Scope of Practice

HP2 is an Integrative Performance Ecosystem that provides health, performance, nutrition, and recovery management and coaching — not medical care. Our coaches are certified health and strength coaches (NASM); we are not physicians, physical therapists, dietitians, licensed nutritionists, and/or other licensed medical providers. The Dashboard and our services do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Always consult your physician or qualified healthcare provider before beginning any exercise, nutrition, or supplementation program, and for any questions about a medical condition. Never disregard professional medical advice because of something in the Dashboard.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Dashboard. By using it, you represent that you are 18 or older and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

4. Your Account and Access

5. Connected Devices and Third-Party Services

The Dashboard can connect to third-party services (for example, the Google Health API) to retrieve your health and recovery data, only with your explicit authorization. Your use of those third-party services is also governed by their own terms and privacy policies. You may disconnect or revoke access at any time. We are not responsible for the accuracy, availability, or practices of third-party services.

6. Your Responsibilities

7. Assumption of Risk

Physical exercise and training carry inherent risks, including risk of injury. You voluntarily choose to participate and assume all risks associated with exercise and with following any program, guidance, or information provided through the Dashboard, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

8. Disclaimers

The Dashboard is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Dashboard will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data from connected devices will be accurate or complete.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HP2 and its owners, coaches, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Dashboard or reliance on any information in it.

10. Privacy

Our collection and use of your information is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review it to understand how we handle your data, including health and Google user data.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Dashboard at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the service or other users. Upon cancellation of your service package, your information is handled as described in the Privacy Policy (deleted within 24 hours of cancellation, subject to any legal retention requirements).

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version with a revised effective date. Your continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
